A person with a why can overcome any how. The Cougar Quest for Purpose helps you find your why and have tools you can use again and again to continue your search. This isn’t about college or judging your abilities or pushing you anywhere; this is about understanding your genuine interests and personality and showing you some career pathways to consider.
This Carmenita Middle School Cougar Quest for Purpose program consists of three Steps: (1) Career, (2) Personality, and (3) GoogleForm Surveys.
Three Easy Steps to Get a 1-on-1 Meeting with Ms. Prout
(1) Take Career Survey

STEP 1: Click below to start the Career Survey. Once you see the results (example shown above), please screenshot them. Just in case, be prepared to write down the results of the career survey. You will submit them in Step 3. The results will be numbers associated with each letter in “RIASEC.” Click below to take the 15-20 minute survey.

STEP 2: Click below to start the Personality Survey. Once you receive your results, please screenshot them. Just in case, also write them down. You will submit them in Step 3. The results will be four letters with a dash and another letter. Your results should look something like “ENTJ-A” or “ESTP-T.” Click below to take the 10 minute survey.

STEP 3: Now that you have the results of both the Career and Personality Surveys, click below to complete a GoogleForm to submit your results, share your views, and wait for Ms. Prout to pull you from a PE/elective class to discuss together your career interests, personality type, and current activities.
